improvements, solar power, home energy audit, and recycled
materials. I can inform you about various state, local, and federal
rebate programs and tax incentives available today for energy
efficient retrofitting and building.
My Footprint
Everything we do makes a difference. As a real estate
professional, I deal with a huge volume of documents. I run a
paperless business, saving trees, printers, accessories, filing
space, landfill space, and storage space. At the close of escrow I
deliver a CD or flash card to you, containing all of our email
exchanges, title and escrow documents, reports and disclosures,
fully executed contracts, area and school information,
comparables, photographs, websites, and virtual tours.
Since 2002, I have driven a Toyota Prius hybrid exclusively for
business, which averages about 45 MPG, and has saved
thousands of gallons of gasoline and millions of pounds of carbon
dioxide pollution.
